Our goal is to improve quality of life for all members of the Smile Optics family. Our team is working very hard to ensure your return or exchange is processed as quickly and as painless as possible.

ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST GO THROUGH THE SMILE OPTICS RETURN FORM BELOW.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER MAY NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE RETURNS.

TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to any benefits from our products.  Results may vary. Please see our Website Disclaimer for more. By purchasing our products, you agree and acknowledge that you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits the products may provide. Our products are eligible for return or exchange from 30 days from receipt of order delivery.

PRODUCT SATISFACTION

If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of your receipt of the product, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund; provided (i) the item(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) we receive your return within thirty (30) days of delivery to you; and (iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you. Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges.

There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.

RETURN SHIPPING & ELIGIBILITY

You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate parcel insurance and tracking. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase. Customer bears the cost of return shipping. All items except items labeled "Final Sale" items are eligible for return or exchange. Unopened products can be refunded for the full amount minus any shipping costs incurred. Damaged products will be replaced at no cost to you.  Products returned using our Satisfaction Gaurantee will be subject to customer's ideal resolution of full refund (minus shipping costs) or product exchange. Please provide details on the returns/exchange form below.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the product carefully to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours after it has been delivered to you. Please contact us to notify us of any damaged product, including a full description of the damage. Smile Optics is not liable for products purchased and shipped from third party retailers

RETURN PROCESSING

Our customer service department is open Monday - Friday from 9am -5pm PST. We are closed on all major holidays. Refunds are processed same day. Customers going through the return/refund process will see their processed refund returned to their initial payment method within 4-5 business days.
